What this is

Unvibe Consulting is a brand of SIA "Billy" (Reg. No. 40203676674), a limited liability company registered in Latvia. Legal address: Ulbrokas iela 23, Rīga, LV-1021. VAT ID: LV40203676674. I provide software consulting services — primarily helping solo founders get AI-built products production-ready. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

I offer three types of sessions:

• Intro Call — 30-minute consultation (€50, VAT included)
• Technical Review — 1-hour deep dive (€75, VAT included)
• Dedicated Day — Full-day engagement (€600, VAT included)

All prices include VAT. Scope for Dedicated Days is agreed upon after booking.

Booking & payments

Sessions are booked through Cal.com and paid via Stripe. By booking, you also agree to Cal.com's terms and Stripe's terms.

Payment is collected at the time of booking. Dedicated Days are paid upfront.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation — no questions asked. If you're not happy with a session, reach out and we'll work it out. No fine print, no hoops.

What you get

I provide advice, guidance, and hands-on technical help during sessions. Any recommendations, code reviews, or action plans are based on my professional judgment at the time of the session.

I do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Software is complex — I'll give you my honest best, but results depend on many factors beyond a consulting session.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me during sessions — your code, your business details, your plans — stays between us. I will not share, publish, or reference your work without your explicit permission. I'm happy to sign an NDA if you'd like one.

Intellectual property

Your code is yours. Any code I write or modify during a Dedicated Day session belongs to you. I don't retain rights to your codebase or claim ownership of any work produced during our engagement.

Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from my advice or any changes made to your codebase during or after a session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they were last changed. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
